Do not allow employee to punch if location tracking is off
I have a client that would like the option to block employees from clocking in/out on the mobile app unless they have enabled GPS. He claims other timekeeping services currently over this.
A client of mine also said that other apps do not allow clocking in without location stamp, and he would switch to SwipeClock if this could become possible.
We will be introducing a Geo fencing feature later this year that will track whether the employee punched from inside of a defined fence. No current plans to not allow the employee to punch at all.
