Many clients allow employees to take PTO in increments as small as 15 minutes which leaves the PTO balance anything other than a whole number. We are getting lots of calls about "what happened to my half hour of PTO?" Employees aren't looking at their time cards in ESS, they are using the app so can we please allow the app to show portions of an hour?
