Create ability to customize the Employee and Supervisor Time Off Email Notifications

Hi there,

 

Many of our clients are implementing Asure Advanced HR solution, which allows Single Sign On for Swipeclock Employee and Supervisors via the AHR system.  Our clients employees are being confused/misdirected by the link that is included in the time off email notification, as it takes them to a different sign in page than the one they normally use to access their TW+ accounts.

 

Having the ability to customize these emails by client would resolve the issue for our AHR clients.  This ability would also improve the experience for most of our standard Swipeclock clients, as we could create notification messages that are unique to their staff and organizations.

    Hi there,

     

    I am wondering if there has been any progress or update on this front? Simply adding a Processing rule that lets us enter our own URL that overrides the URL in the Supervisor email notification would be a huge help for our clients.
