Default Dept when editing timecards

When adding time to a time card, the home department should be defaulted to eliminate errors in labor reporting.This would help as many are leaving this at the first department listed rather than the assigned department.

    Thanks for the feedback. You should be able to choose the default to home department when you create a clock prompt.

    I agree with you on that, but that prompt setup is for the employee at the clock level. I really would like the client/supervisor level to not have to deal with this every time they edit a time card. Please reconsider.

    Yes you can CHOOSE but it needs to reflect the home so you do not HAVE to choose. Please review the request a little further. This is a field that is required on edit at times and without the default they simply choose the first option. Might sound little, but it's big when processing large payrolls and finding the needle in the haystack.  Thanks!
