Do not hide new hires from Active list before Start Date

When setting up new hires, it would be easier for clients to access them if they were NOT hidden from the Active list prior to the start date. Currently, they have to find them through the list filter, which has been described by clients as "tedious and not efficient." I have to agree with them, as sometimes new hire information is not readily available orcollected all at once, and so the client may need to access their Employee setup multiple times before the employee actually starts. Keeping them visible in the Active list would certainly save some confusion as well as a few clicks.

I just had this issue with a client that was opening a new company and all of the employees were hired for the day the company opened, so they were all inactive while doing the setup beforehand and performing maintenance on their records was tedious, at best.

I think it's a great idea to have future hires show in the active list.  Perhaps, to aid the client in identifying who these employees are, these employees' names could show up in a different color text or italics in the Employee Setup list so it was still apparent who the future hires were?
