Ability to Add Comments When Making Accrual Adjustments Merged

Sometimes in the process of getting a company's accruals up and running, there is a need to make several adjustments to employees' balances. It would be helpful if Clients could make comments to explain the change, since in the Employee Portal, employees see their accruals in a ledger format, and can see all of these changes taking place.
