Geo Fencing

We have had clients requesting and going with other providers b/c they need the geo fencing option. They want to allow punching via the mobile app, but only in certain areas. This would be a great enhancement.

    We are excited to announce the first release of our geofencing feature for TWP.

    This is the 1st market release of Geofencing for TWP that allows clients to ensure that employees are punching from their proper work locations. Features include:

    • Allows for unlimited fences per client

    • Can be assigned to specific employee group(s) or all employees. Individual employees can be excluded.

    • Supports both TimeWorks Mobile & TimeWorks Employee apps

    • Email can be sent to a client/manager when an employee punches outside of an assigned fence

    • Allows managers/clients to see whether a punch was inside or outside an assigned fence on the timecard

    • Gives managers/clients a geofence map view to view punches tracked against their assigned geofences

    • Allows managers to print geofence map view and table for record keeping

    Please add this! I have a client that would use SwipeClock if they could get this option!
