Their should be an option to give supervisors the option to view either ALL employees on the time off calendar or JUST their employees. Now they can ONLY see their employees. Maybe their employees could be in one color and all other could be in another color. The capability to print the calendar would be nice also.
I have had several clients ask for this feature. Many of our larger clients do not want to give access to all employees but do need to know who in the company is taking time off to ensure proper coverage. It seems that this is causing more work to be done by the administrator if they have to post a calendar of who is taking time off on what day, especially since you cannot print the calendar.
I had a client ask for this yesterday... It would be nice to have the ability to assign a supervisor's PTO calendar visibility by employee Group.
Supervisors should have the ability to view all employees with approved time off for the company.
