Many of our clients give their employees days off instead of hours and allow them to take either 1/2 day or 1 day increments. This is becoming much more common now that many salaried employees are going to be using timekeeping systems because of the DOL rule change. It is very confusing to the employees to try to explain the process. If we could choose the mask on the screen to either say "days" or "hours" it would make a huge difference.
