Employees can currently submit PTO requests for dates up to 2 weeks in the past. I'd like that employees can submit PTO requests for dates up to 4 weeks in the past.
A longer lookback period would provide organizations with greater flexibility and help ensure PTO records accurately reflect time that was actually taken. This would be particularly useful when employees forget to submit a request promptly, need to correct timekeeping records, or experience administrative delays
