Please consider further enhancements to turn off specific 'features' - such as not allowing pending time off requests to be modified and placed into Conditionally Approved.
I have received requests to remove this specific feature.
The request(s) I am receiving are by clients to force time off requests to be either approved or rejected - no ability for managers to make alterations, thereby removing "Conditional Approval" as a whole.
Conditionally approved is there to allow employees to accept or reject the alterations that have been made to the original request. Please help us understand why it would be ok for an employee to lose that right.
