Add Juneteenth to the United States Holiday Setup List

Can you please add Juneteenth to the United States Holiday Setup List. We have several employers that recognize this as a paid holiday and need to be able to treat it the same as other paid holiday's in the system.

    Agreed! All other federal holidays are recognized. This one should be as well.
