Standardized Drop Downs in Setup

I want to set up departments, locations, supervisors and titles on a company level, so there is a standard drop down field to choose the appropriate option when adding a new EE or changing existing in the EE setup so that the employee gets associated to the correct group for payroll, labor costing, employee management, scripting, etc.

    All fields should have a drop down list for the end users to choose from.
