Allowing supervisors to view the time off calendar for all employees to see who is off, not just for those whom they supervise, would be greatly beneficial. It would help supervisors better coordinate with employees who are seeking to request time off.
Currently the only option appears to be to give them access to all employees or set them up with a client-level login. Both options give them too much access than is necessary in the eyes of the client.

I have had similar requests from my clients. It is extremely beneficial for a supervisor to see what days off have already been requested and approved by other teams without granting them permission to view the time cards or time off requests of those other teams.
