Mobile App Time Off Balances need to be able to see what makes up category Other
Currently if time off is not vacation, sick, or PTO then it goes into Other which may consist of more than one type of bucket for accurals. In our case it includes Seattle sick time and a bucket that is used in order to calculate that. So the employee thinks he has more time off than he really has.
