We are making a concentrated effort to get our clients on WorkforceHUB yet one very unfortunate limitation within WFH is the promotion of the HUB app instead of the WFH app. We had a client have all their ees install the app promoted from WFH yet, it was the wrong app. They need the WFH app as their ees will be punching from their mobile phones. It was a messy conversation sharing they all need to forget everything they knew regarding the HUB app they had just installed and instead use the TWE app for WFH. And don't get me started on how confusing it is trying to explain the WFH app is called TimeWorksPlus Employee.
It would be ideal if the HUB app were to be promoted for all HUB tiers and the WFH app would be promoted for all WFH sites. Or there were a way to populate the app information ourselves. Or the ability to disable it and then we could encourage clients to promote it another way.
We cannot have the HUB app promoted in WorkforceHUB, it's incredibly confusing and makes for unfortunate conversations with clients.

I have also confirmed that during WFHub EE activation that the URLs provided on the attached screen shot for both Android and iOS take you to the HUB app for download. They would like this to also display the URLs for the correct mobile app depending on the type of HUB Client...so WFHub clients would be provided with the TWE mobile app download links and all other Hub clients would be provided the HUB mobile app download links.
