Many clients of ours have requested to have the ability to "turn off" the conditionally approved time off request feature. To be specific, they are referring to the aspect of the feature that requires employees to approve changes made by supervisors to their requests.
If supervisors had the ability to modify the original request with employee approval being optional, that would expedite the time off request process greatly and be a major benefit for employers with large numbers of employees in particular.
