I think it would be beneficial to be able to upload files when completing a new hire onboarding. There are many cases that a new hire will have to submit their appropiate documents for I-9 completion, among other documents, during the new hire stage. There should be an option for the new hire to upload documents during this initial process.

This option is currently available when creating a workflow, and it could work similarly when doing the onboarding.
