We have clients that only allow certain increments of hours to be taken for PTO. Rather than relying on the supervisors to make the correct decision, they want to be able to set an editable dropdown list of the hour increments that they approve of, i.e 4,8.
Instead of just having the 4 or 8 hour accrual script, because they are having to go back and fix the time anyway.

This is great and I would like to add the ability to set the default hours to something other than 8. I have clients working a 10 or 7 hour day that will never use an 8 hour pto increment.

Yes this would be great. We have a lot of clients that request this. A couple clients that refuse to use time off requests and are considering going elsewhere because this feature isn't available.
