Currently, when an employee wants to request a partial day off, the system allows them to enter any time they'd like, for example, 3:30pm-11:59pm. The system seemingly accepts the request but then it does not go anywhere. I was told that the system does not accept minutes, so it would have to be entered as 3:00pm-12:00am. This is confusing because the system allows you to choose any time you want and does not alert you that you cannot use minutes. It could also cause confusion for an employee who thinks the request saves when it doesn't.
