Inability for Employees to Request Time Off for Already Finalized Pay Periods
SwipeClock is currently set up to allow employees to submit time off requests for already completed pay periods. I have a few clients that would like to disallow employees to do this.
This is really a puzzler for me to understand why an employee can request time off on a finalized period. The request shows in the employee portal, and they think they have submitted the request, but it does not send an email to a Supervisor, nor does it show in the Time Off Request section.
