Currently the Employee Portal is the only place that tracks Withdrawn TORs. Client and Supervisor logins have no way to track these TORs, short of having the ee log into their portal.
There should be an audit trail that captures all TORs available, the logical place would be in the Time Off Request Report.
It would be helpful to have "Withdrawn" Time Off Requests tracked in the Time Off Request section and/or in the Time Off Request report.
Employees may abuse the ability to withdraw requests having already asked for the time off and then withdrawing it without the employer's/manager's knowledge in an attempt to take an "unpaid day" without deducting from their accrual balance -- having given then expectation to the employer that they would already be absent for the requested day.
A push notification via email to supervisors would be great as well, they get confused when they go to approve a withdrawn request.
