Mobile Phone Validation
I should not be able to send SMS messages to invalid phone numbers. (Employee/Profile/edit/)
Proposed solution: add validation to the 'Mobile Phone' field so that phone numbers must be at least 11 numbers. Clicking Sent Test SMS while only 3 numbers are entered currently gives a screen saying "Test Message Sent"
