Our Client, Drago Culinary, is using the "Meal Penalty" script, and it is working as it is designed to work, based off of the script provided by you are in the Article "Meal / Break Penalty Hours - TWP".
The issue is that this client is also a catering service, and needs to be able to have the "Meal Penalty" applied to specific "Job-Event Prompt" codes. As it is, the script will not allow for this to happen. When I have tried to force it to happen, through scripting in other script boxes, it doesn't work, or it only gives us partial success. This is because the "Punchsets" cause a hangup, as the "Meal Penalty" appears as "Punchset0" and the info we are trying to copy, or reference, is in "Punchset1". and since, as far as the system is concerned, "Punchset1" doesn't exist yet for that specific day, the system looks to the previous day, and uses the previous day's "Punchset1". This causes it to grab "Job-Event codes" that the employee did not even work at that day. There must be a way to address this issue, either by adding Enhancements and Functionality to the "AddEntryScript" box, so that more keywords could be utilized, or finding a way to write a script for the "PayRateScript" box that will lock down "punchsets" to their specific day only.
Thank you. I look forward to hearing back from you.
