Curretly, "Web clock enabled" is set to what the "Web clock enabled" toggle is set to in the Clock Management page. If "Web clock enabled" is on, each employee record will default to having web clock enabled. I'm looking to be able to allow the web clock be on, but to have employees have it turned off for them by default, to allow a couple of employees only to have web clock enabled.
