Some of our clients only want/require their staff to enter Hours on their time card. A recent change in the portal made the default option Time Entry, which has caused issues and frustrations for these types of clients.
Adding a Processing Rule or setting under the ESS Tab >> EEs can edit time card that allows us to set the default option for the client would give us the flexibility to meet all client's needs and improve the user experience.
