Would like ability to select Department for One Time Pays in HUB

I received a support ticket from Steven Harris with Journey Payroll - BOSS who has requested that they would like the ability to select a Department for One Time Pays and to be able to select a Department that is not necessarily the employee's home Department

    Also received this from Steven Harris

    We have a client with about 30 departments using HUB Time and one time pays out of multiple departments, so this would be a big enhancement for them.
