Hello,

I think it would be great if the username and password are automatically generated. The username should generate based on one of the following that can be selected on the company level.

• First name followed by last name. Example: JohnSmith
• Email address
• Initial of first name followed by last name. Example: JSmith

The password should automatically generate using the last 4 of their social or a custom password the admin/accountant can enter on the company level. 

This is how it was in Kronos and it saved a lot of time and frustration.
