Under Time Off Requests >> Approved Requests for Managers, the request start with the approved requests furthest into the future. The request most pressing/soon to occur display at the very end of the list.
For larger clients, this is a pain to scroll to the bottom to unapprove a particular request. Generally they are unapproving the sooner-to-occur requests than the ones way into the future.
Reversing the order would be a small, but nice improvement.
