I think it's an odd design decision to present the employee with their local system time on the page where they click the clock-in/out function, but then on the very next confirmation page display the timeclock system's time. It's inconsistent in a way and presents opportunity for confusion with the customers. If the pre-clock-in/out function time showed the timeclock system's time instead of local PC, I would think it'd draw less attention.
