The new Employee Portal's Balance Report only allows employees to report 3 months into the past. The only portal allowed employees to run the Accrual Report as far into the past as they'd like.
The value of the Balance Report is that it removes the need for employees to work with managers/adminstrators to access time off balance data. We'd like to see this 3 month restriction removed so that employees can run the report for whatever date range they need.
