Currently user defined holiday does not allow setup of a holiday with a date that changes annually. Since the date for Easter changes each year, so would the dates for Holy Thursday (Thursday before Easter) and Ascension Thursday (40 days after Easter).
Accounts that have these two holidays as part of their holiday list would benefit. The holidays would be set similar to Good Friday or Easter - recurring each year.
