Our clients (and our internal reps) are experiencing trouble using the Multiple Open Shift page. Whenever clients make an assignment, or delete a shift from the Multiple Open Shift window, the page refreshes and the window closes. We then need to double click on open shifts to bring back the window. It is very time consuming and frustrating when managing long lists of Open Shifts. We would like this window to remain open after the page refreshes. The window would only close when the user clicks to close it or there are no longer any open shifts for that day. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information on this page.
