Sometimes employees want to pick up a shift, but they may need to come in late or leave earlier than the exact times on the shift. Currently, there is no way for employees to make these notes when entering their request. This forces them to then email/text/call the Scheduler, to provide them the input on their Pick Up Request. Since Time Simplicity is generally sold as an efficient improvement upon manual scheduling processes, this process comes across as more of the same, leading to frustrated employees and clients.
If there was an optional comment field presented to employees when making their request, that was both included on the reviewer page as well as included in the email notification sent to the Approver, it would resolve all of the pain points above.
