Currently, the Comments entered into a Pick Up Request approval do not go anywhere meaningful in the system. The only place these comments can be found is in a (very) seldomly viewed Messages section of the Employee Portal in TS. This page is referenced so infrequently that I would describe the comments as useless and/or a Bug in the system. The lack of transparency of Pick Up Request Comments by the approval makes the section incredibly misleading.

If you were to link these Comments to the Schedule Notes section of the Shift, the employee could easily see the notes on their schedule in TS. More importantly, by adding these to the Schedule Notes section, the client could now easily report on Schedule Notes by adding the Schedule Notes field to a Data Exchange Export report.
My suggestion / request would be that when a Comment is made by the Pick Up Request Approver, the system would add the following to the Schedule Notes Section:
