Terminology needs to be streamlined

The terminology between different applications needs to be streamlined.  One example, the new Employee Portal contains a box for "Messages" on the Dashboard.  In TWP, as a Supervisor or Client, to create a "message" one has to go to "Employee Bulletins".  Furthermore, once one is creating an "employee bulletin"/"message" the field in which one actually types the message/bulletin is titled "Announcement".  This breaks up the fluency and consistency of the program and can cause confusion.
