When an employee changes their W-4 or Direct Deposit information, we have HUB set up to not automatically approve the change so a manager has to review the change. When this happens, the manager gets notified that there is a task to review in HUB by email which is a good idea but if the manager gets the email and doesn’t do anything with it…. And if they never access HUB itself for their own needs, they never approve the change so it never imports into Execupay.
I’m thinking that it would be a good idea to send reminder emails to the manager if they haven’t approved the change after a period of time until they actually take care of it.
Does this sound like a good idea and could it be added to the “wish” list?
