In the new WebClock 3.0, the word "optional" displays next to my client's location prompt. The Location prompt is not optional in this case. Employees are paid and hours are approved depending on which location they work. Employees have the false sense of proper procedures that this prompt is not mandatory to correctly track their time and pay them
