It was brought to my attention that for the certification alerts the manager is only notified via the dashboard and the employee is not notified at all. That is a turn off for large medical establishments as they are often to busy to remember their certifications and licenses and need many reminders. This would be much better if it also notified the employee that it is needed and e-mailed the manager each time.
