I have a client who noticed that in the normal pop-up notes when you hover a punch that the times were displayed in 12 hour format. When you do the same for a deleted punch by hovering over the waste paper basket icon all the times are displayed in 24 hour format instead.
If an account is set to either 12 hour or 24 hour time formats, these settings should carry through to the notes on a deleted punch as well.
