TimeWorksTouch clock to have an ESS button

Similar to the webclock, employees could have the option to view items like the timecard, schedule, and time off requests on the TimeWorkTouch. There may need to be some specific settings for what is enabled on the clock versus a browser ESS portal

    We have received multiple requests for employees to be able to access ESS functions through TWT.
