TimeSimplicity & Other Product Ideas

The purpose of this idea is to allow resellers the ability to see the date and time a client or supervisor last logged into TWP on the Login Maintenance screen.

The ability to see the last time a client or supervisor user logged into the system would be beneficial for a myriad of reasons:

1. If a login has not been used for an extended period of time, the reseller can verify with the client whether the user is still active or has since been terminated.  This helps compliance with SSAE 16 / SOC standards.
2. If a client asks when the last time a user logged in was, the reseller would have the ability to provide that information to the client.  This would also include logins that were never used, thus allowing us to relay to the client team members of theirs who never actually used the system.
3. The reseller can get an idea of who is currently logged into the system based on the last login dates and times.

Adding the last login date and time information to the Login Maintenance screen would facilitate researching/realizing the scenarios set forth above as well as offering other benefits that are not specifically mapped out here or may not become apparent until the need arises.
