Unfinalize a pay period ONLY for specific employees Merged

It would be great if we could unfinalize a pay period only for specific employees. This way if a client notices that there is a historical mistake, they can correct it, without jeopardizing the historical data for ALL the employees.

Unfinalize One Time Card Merged

I would like to be able to unfinalize one timecard so that if rules have changed, it doesn't effect all timecards within that range we are unfinalizing for.
