In our client environments, the employees are recording time in our application that is for services provided to consumers(patients). We have a review and approval process but still find that that there are numerous errors that need to be resolved after reviewing and approving the information. We send the punch to TWP after the employee has verified the information. When corrections that are made in our system, there is no way to update the corresponding punch information in TWP automatically. The employee has to login to TWP make the changes there.
We are looking for a way to automate this process so the employee makes the change in one system and the information updated in both systems.
