There are many times when a client says “I can’t see this employee or my screen is doing this” and we have no way of knowing what it looks like without having to change their password and physically log in as them.
As a Partner, it would be great to be able to log in as a user so we can troubleshoot issues like the situation mentioned above. It’s basically a quick way to be able to view any User’s screen and to see/confirm what they see, without having to change their password.
