ACA REPORTING Enhancements

The current system allows Retro Hours to be entered in a current pay period. When this happens it is under reporting the hours for the prior pay period and over reporting hours for the current pay period. This practice will cause hours reporting issues with the ACA reporting, Especially if the dates cross measurement periods and look back periods. If you have companies that do this a lot it can lead to major problems. We need to find a way to report retro in the actual payperiod when they were worked and pay current pay period. I have seen this in three other time keeping systems.
