If you have a client that has employees working at multiple locations, the daily auto email will not provide the managers with a report showing only the people that worked at that location.  Clock prompt limitations are only available in the "Alternate employees visible to this login section" and cannot be a stand-alone filter.  It should be easy enough to add clock prompts to the list of primary filters.
