Currently, the option for Certifications is either always prevent an employee from being scheduled when the certification expires or do not prevent the employee from being scheduled. Rather than always prevent the employees from being scheduled, our clients would like the ability, controlled at the System Role Level, to override the restriction on the Scheduler. Something along the lines of a warning:
"Certification (insert the specific certification's description) has expired for employee. Do you want to override and schedule the employee for this shift?"
For Supervisors/Admins, if they do not have access to override the restriction, they receive the message:
"Certification (insert the specific certification's description) has expired for employee. You cannot schedule the employee for this shift. Please contact your administrator to override this restriction."
