Our clients really like the certification alerts in Time Simplicity. These same clients (healthcare) need to submit regular Quality Assurance reports, which require certification data on their employees. Time Simplicity has no reporting function at this time, which causes our clients to move away from tracking certifications in Time Simplicity. Ability to create the reports is more important than expiration alerts and/or scheduling prevention, and they do not want to maintain the certification data in multiple systems, for multiple purposes.
Ideally, Time Simplicity would have certification report that shows each employee's name, the name of the certification assigned to them, and the effective dates (start and stop) of that certification.
