It is extremely time consuming sometimes to unfinalize pay periods one at a time for scripting changes like accruals and then refinalze them one at a time. Would like the ability to not only finalize and unfinanlize by pay period, but also to be able to select a date range of pay periods to finalize and unfinalize an a group at one time.

Add the ability to Finalize/unfinalize a single employee from a drop down list as it was in TW under Freeze/Unfreeze Punches. Requiring the entire company to be unfinalized to make a single adjustment presents logistics problems on large companies! The dangers of affecting other employees in a entire payroll or multiple pay periods to adjust one employee seems like a step backwards. With TWP, we have to run Summary Reports before making prior period adjustments, then Unfinalize the payrolls for the date range needed, make the adjustments or recalculations, which are often in accruals, then Refinalize the periods and rerun the Summary Reports to make sure no unintended changes were made on other employees. When something unexpected changes, we have to reconcile the reports.

One of our clients needed to make a memo adjustment to a timecard for April to quell a problematic employee's concerns and it was more time consuming than it had to be to give them the ability to do this since we were already into the last pay period of September. This is a great idea and suggestion that we'd all benefit from!
